A twosome ordering together may choose the highly acclaimed rack of lamb or châteaubriand, both carved tableside.
Seafood items include fresh fish of the day; herb seared local king salmon; Pacific yellowfin tuna with miso broth; California red abalone with caper beurre blanc & ginger salad; lobster & scallops fricassée; and Shellfish Paella.
Desserts, many prepared for two and flambé tableside such as cherries jubilee, bananas foster, and crêpes suzette offer the perfect finale to any dinner selection along with your favorite port, brandy or liqueur.
