Tony Salameh, a graduate of the Hotel School of Lausanne in Switzerland, was inducted into the Monterey County chapter of the California Restaurant Association “Restaurateur Hall of Fame” in 2002. He has earned a stellar reputation with more than 40 years of thriving success with Anton & Michel, one of the Monterey Peninsula’s best known and popular restaurants. Tony Salameh is an active member of the Les Toques Blanches USA.
